Returns and Refunds Policy
Thank you for shopping at The Nail Bar Beauty & Co. 
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Our products can be returned within 14 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.
The product was purchased in the last 14 days
The product is in its original packaging
The product isn't used or damaged
You have the receipt or proof of purchase
You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Send the product with its original packing and the receipt or proof of purchase and the RMN number, along with a note indicating whether you want to exchange the product (and if so, what other product you want to order) or a refund, to:

Store Purchases: Show a member of staff your original receipt as proof of purchase
Online Orders: Show a member of staff your Order Confirmation email and Delivery Date Confirmation email
You will also need to show your original payment method for Card Payments
You will be able to exchange the item for another similar item.
You will be able to return your item for a refund or THE NAIL BAR BEAUTY & CO. credit in accordance with our Returns Policy
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from THE NAIL BAR BEAUTY & CO.
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Sale items
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.

All of our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
This Policy is not intended to replace, limit or exclude any rights available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.
