When do my points expire?
Points expire 365 days from the date they are earned. We recommend using your points before they expire.
What can I earn points on?
You can earn points on eligible services, products, day packages, series packages, custom packages and memberships. Gift cards are excluded.
How do I move to a higher tier?
Your tier is based on eligible spend within the qualification period. As your spend increases, you may move into a higher tier and earn points faster.
Can I redeem all my points at once?
No. Redemption starts from 500 points, must be used in increments of 250 points, and is capped at up to 20% of the invoice amount.
Can I use points on gift cards?
No. Gift cards are excluded from earning and redemption unless The Nail Bar Beauty & Co. states otherwise in writing.
Can points be transferred to someone else?
No. Loyalty points are linked to the client account and cannot be transferred, exchanged or paid out as cash.
Terms & Conditions
- The Nail Bar Beauty & Co. Loyalty Club is available to eligible clients with a valid client account.
- Clients may be automatically enrolled into the loyalty program.
- Points are earned on eligible paid invoices only.
- Points may be earned on eligible services, products, day packages, series packages, custom packages and memberships.
- Gift card purchases are excluded from earning points.
- Points expire 365 days from the date they are earned.
- The minimum points balance required for redemption is 500 points.
- Points are redeemed in increments of 250 points.
- 1 loyalty point equals $0.01 in redemption value.
- Maximum redemption is capped at 20% of the invoice amount.
- Points cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, transferred, sold or combined between different client accounts.
- Points may not be redeemable with selected promotions, discounted offers, gift cards or other exclusions as determined by The Nail Bar Beauty & Co.
- Tier qualification is based on eligible spend within the qualification period.
- Clients may move up or down tiers depending on their eligible spend and program settings.
- Bonus point activities may vary by tier and campaign availability.
- Referral points may only apply when the referred guest meets the required conditions set by The Nail Bar Beauty & Co.
- Points, tier status, redemption availability and eligibility are determined by the system at the time of purchase or redemption.
- The Nail Bar Beauty & Co. reserves the right to update, pause, cancel or change the Loyalty Club, including tier names, earning rates, redemption rules, expiry rules, exclusions and benefits at any time without prior notice.
- In the event of suspected misuse, fraud, duplicate accounts or incorrect point allocation, The Nail Bar Beauty & Co. may adjust, remove or cancel points at its discretion.
- By participating in the Loyalty Club, clients agree to these Terms & Conditions.
